Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred one time with proper notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens — I just ask for 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations within the notice period will keep the deposit for a future appointment

  • Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit

  • Same-day cancellations may require full payment to rebook

To make the most of your appointment, here’s what clients should know or prepare:

  • Clean hands & nails: Please remove old polish before I arrive (unless you’ve booked a soak-off) and wash your hands.
  • Comfortable setup space: Have a clutter-free area with a chair and good lighting ready. If you don't have a table or chair available I will bring my own but I'll need to access an electrical outlet as well as water if you're booking a pedicure.
  • Minimize interruptions: To ensure the best quality and efficiency, please try to avoid moving around or having kids/pets interrupt during the service. If they need to be in the room just make sure they do not touch my set up. Feel free to watch TV, listen to music or nap while I do your nails.
  • Time expectation: I'll let you know how long your service will take.
  • Payment ready: Have your preferred payment method ready, I accept (Cash, Paypal, or Cashapp).
  • Travel fee: Please note that a travel fee may apply depending on your location.

  • Cleanliness & sanitation: "Do you sterilize your tools?" Yes, all tools are thoroughly disinfected, and I use single-use items where appropriate, following state board sanitation standards to ensure your safety and hygiene.
  • Quality of work: "How long do your sets last?" I pride myself on high-quality work, ensuring durability. Check out my portfolio for examples of lasting designs and client testimonials!
  • Space & setup: "How much space do you need?" I keep requirements simple. A flat surface, a chair, good lighting, and access to an outlet and water (for pedicures) are usually sufficient. I can bring my own chair and table if necessary. 
  • Pricing & travel fees: "Is there a travel fee?" Travel fees are transparent and communicated upfront, accounting for the convenience of bringing the salon to you. You can review my pricing & packages for more details.
  • Booking & cancellations: "Do you require a deposit?" A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and helps protect both our time and commitment. My clear cancellation policy will be provided upon booking.
  • Time & convenience: "How long does a full set take?" I'll provide an estimated time for your specific service, and you'll save time by avoiding travel, parking, and salon wait times.
